The huge series of storms in the Pacific Northwest continues with occasional breaks. It does stretch my brain to shoot things I would never think of otherwise. I read about this shot in the Nikonians site. It was fun to do but needed a fellow photographer so we could blow bubbles for each other. Made for lots of laughs. Definitely best on black.

Love this, Jane - this horrid weather you're having is really leading to some really neat pictures! What a great idea here - terrific clarity in that bubble - those reflections are neat! I love the color of the smoke against the black.
