I used to work part time in Eugene and every Spring I would drive by fields filled with camas (the roots of which were eaten by native people in the past). There would never be time to stop. I was so happy that they were in bloom when we went to Eugene for Jim's eye surgery and we had time to stop on the way home. His surgery went great, by the way, for those who asked. I got wet knees for this shot!
Thanks for your visits, comments, suggestions, favs
Wet knees -- totally worth it as the low POV makes the shot. The layers are lovely, with contrasting color and texture. Glad Jim's surgery was successful.
