Path Through the Woods At Cape Perpetua with Impressions

Been watching some more videos and decided to give Topaz Impressions 2 a go. I like the resulting painterly feel. Do you think it is too much? Best on black of course.
Our photo club is off for the evening at the Newport Aquarium after hours having the place to ourselves and the Eugene club. It should be fun

An interesting effect, but perhaps it is me, is the tree center-left the only thing that is really in focus? Perhaps using the TI with a more defined object?? My POV.

Looks very much like a soft oil painting.

I've gone back and forth between the two and don't think that it's a focus change, but the processing to create the oil painting effect. Both are really stunning, but to me, the artistic side of this one makes me lean towards it as art. The other fits more of a landscape with strong leading line type of image.

I like the original, but I like this version even more. The texture in those trees looks great.

I think I like the original a little more. It feels more inviting, while this feels a little wild. They both are beautiful though.
