The end of the season for our flower garden is fast approaching and I'm still wanting to get lensbaby practice. I have the colored version in my flower album...not sure which I prefer. So ironic how as I pass into the last chapters of my life and have more and more wrinkles and old age skin changes, I am drawn to the aging plants as well.

I can relate. And think the B&W tells more of a story than the color version, which is lovely - but not quite as poignant. The narrative comes through more in this one, for me
The color is good - and by itself I would rave about the detail - but then I saw the b&w and your commentary and I could really relate to the picture. Really nicely done. Fav
