On the way down to Shore Acres, we stopped to see if we could shoot some shore birds. We saw one far away grebe and were about to get back in the truck when we noticed a ruckus in the seagull community. The woman calling them down for treats clearly had a personal relationship with several of them! Best on black for sure. People are asking if this is a composite...yes. I tagged it as such. I also used a couple of textures. She had about 50 seagulls in the air surrounding her, so I tried to express that feeling without having them be covering each other over and some not in focus.

Great use of colour & texture Jane! I like the composition that challenges the viewer with a slightly 2D vs 3D effect which fascinates the mind... And it needed the spot on focus in the images to start with ! :)
