Juvenile Sora - "Yuck"

I'm so sorry to be so far behind on my commenting. Hopefully our internet is back on now but we've only had about 2 hours of internet in past 4 days. This is a juvenile "sora" according to the bird book. The water was way down at Finley Wildlife Preserve so the birds were having to make do with mud puddles and mucky marshes. To me the way she was picking up her foot looked as if she were saying "yuck".
