Best on black. Jim has been wanting to find some native cobra lilies for his pond and learned about a nursery about 2 hours south of us. We decided to take a road trip and stopped in Bandon on the way. I VERY slowly managed to get down the stairs to the beach with my knee immobilizer and enjoyed popping my camera out from under my rain jacket to shoot some of the rocks and their reflections. This is black and white but it wasn't much different in color.

Ps. I agree on your thoughts on yesterday’s photo but alas I took it with my zoom lens so that is pretty much the shot I got. I just didn’t think they would be as clear as I got and I didn’t think about my Christmas cards until I saw the photo!
It looks quite desolate and the b&w seems to accentuate this. It would have been interesting to see if its mood changed if there was a figure in it. So pleased to hear that you can get around a little - even if it is slowly. Anything to break the boredom, and it should help maintain your muscle tone too. Al in all - good news! :)
