Rocks and Ocean

Another shot from the Bandon rocks with some artistic liberty taken in processing. Best on black.
My good news today is that my patella is healing well and I am free of my knee immobilizer and free to gradually start hiking again with instructions NOT to fall on it!
Thanks for your visits, comments, suggestions, favs

Love the processing Jane, it's terrific. Great news about ditching the knee immobiliser and a gradual return to normal life. Just take it quietly please.

Did you apply some kind of filter to this? It does look like icebergs. Glad you are able to walk again. Take it easy though.

Quite a surreal feel! Just read about your newly naked knee!! Yippee! Thought I might just mention that I started yoga and pilates after my knee allowed it - they concentrate a lot on balance exercises ( as well as strengthening and toning exercises). Since then I honestly believe that this has twice saved me from tripping and falling onto my knee again - so it has proved very worthwhile. To break it again would be heartbreaking. :)

I love this! It has the feel of the black sand beach in Iceland with ice floe pieces all over it. Such a striking composition. Hope you are feeling well with all the knee progress!
