Sourdough

I know, I know, I committed to taking my camera out every day but I failed and just shot this with my phone. I would have gotten my camera out but it smelled too good to change the lens! Cheddar, red onion, red pepper flakes, sourdough rye. Yum

As many say, the best camera is what you have handy. These loaves look so good. I've started a gluten free starter and its looking good.

What a bakery must be your house! I had to stop making bread because my yeast died, covered with mold, and I didn't get a new batch because everybody in the family was gaining too much weight! Same problem with home made yogourt Fav for the photos

Well first looking at this I wouldn’t have thought sour dough….I too thought lungs, or some part of the body but of course.. sough dough! Looking so tasty too….there is a fine art to making proper dough dough so very well done!

I LOVE making (and eating) this bread and my neighbors seem to like deliveries of hot bread since I certainly can't eat two loaves by myself! So glad you taught me this one!
