We were driving back from our early morning hike this morning and the color of the elderberries just popped out at me. Usually the doves are busy eating them this time of year, but for some reason we don't have very any doves right now.

Wow. One would normally be advised to use a polarising filter to minimise the reflection - here, however, it turns out a key element of the composition, I think.
