Fog At Train Bridge 2

Following Taffy and Darinka and my own inner artist (or perhaps my own inner longing for color at a time of prolonged grey skies), I did two different edits on yesterday's shots. I am curious re what you will think.
Thanks for your visits, comments, suggestions, favs
Jane,I have to admit that cropping out from the foreground disrupted the proportions. That negative space in the foreground is valuable for anchoring the bridge and I'd save it.What I meant was 'cloning out' the yellow flowers and replacing them with some grassy patches. But this is just my taste. If I have to choose between cropped and non cropped version,I'd like this one better.

@my_photofun Hi Jane, I agree with Darinka. The foreground is interesting - but the bright yellow colour is a distraction. If you use LR - you can use a brush to paint on a reduction in the yellow saturation or maybe nudge the yellow hue. You could also add a gradient to darken the highlights & increase clarity / saturation in just the sky. The sky in the other shot was a little darker. This is a great composition. Did you download the Nik plugins? Dfine denoise is pretty automatic & easy to use from LR too.

@my_photofun @ltodd thanks for your input. I'll be gone all day tomorrow but I'll fiddle again in a couple of days. I agree re the anchoring

I don't know too much about the technicalities, but I like saving the foreground with perhaps some work on the deep yellows.
