Thomas never knew what hit him by jinximages

Thomas never knew what hit him

5 / 365
Thomas the Tank Engine, a known Rebel sympathizer, being removed by the dark lord himself in his trusty X-1.

You know I'm feeling uninspired when I start making up stories and photographing toys in my lounge room. It's not in my theme of black and whites, and it's not artistic, but after 20 shots of pretty lights, flowers, candles and 1960's architecture (also known as pretentious artsy cliches) this idea finally made me smile. I promise to bring you something stylish tomorrow ... if my refusal to grow up doesn't strike back. Pun intended.

Well, it is very creative...I like it. I can hear Vader saying: "I will deal with Thomas, myself." or maybe "You may dispence with the pleasantries, Thomas." lol...

Cheers Stephen! I was mumbling just such things while I was taking the shot. ;)

I don't mind the creativity at all, but having two boys of my own. This is not thomas, it is like calling the "TIE Advanced x1 Starfighter" a standard "Tie Fighter". what you have here is "James", James is the No. 5 red engine. just having some fun.

@gixster92 Good spot Jeff! I totally blanked! My daughter calls all trains "Tommy" and it just stuck in my mind when I took the shot! I'd better not change the title, but it is indeed James.

Also, that you know the full designation of the X1, is just too cool for words. :D My favourite TIE.

Brilliant! Having three boys of ages old enough to love Star Wars and Thomas, the banter made me chuckle. Had to fav! :-)
