Self Portrait

For get pushed 503 my challenge was to create a self portrait. Reality is that no portrait of ourselves reflects what we think we are. But the camera reflects reality. Unfortunately this is what is.

@dkbarnett Delwyn , this is the result of your challenge. When one looks at a self portrait it is never as one thinks it should be. But this is reality. Thanks for the challenge. I need to come back to reality occasionally.

I love this but I'm not sure I agree that a camera reflects 'reality'. It may reflect a moment in time but but that one moment, in that one situation, filtered through the camera's processing, isn't necessarily 'you' any more than your disengaged foot would be 'you'.
