Tonight was a very special night. Recently William's photos and story were used in an emergency appeal to help get donations for "Make-a-Wish" Included in the appeal envelope was a card that could be sent back to William. Tonight we have several visitors from "Make-a-Wish" at our home as they delivered over 300 cards that had been sent with messages especially for William!!!! They came from all over Australia!!! William is pictured here with his wish co-ordinator reading some of the cards. Photos taken tonight will be used in their tax appea so that people who sent the cards can see that he actually received them. lThe lovely people that came to visit were just amazing, beautiful people and you can see the reason they work for this charity. He will be presented with his wish on 19th May :)
@kiwichick Leslie I have been meaning to get back to you, thank you so much for checking in on us!!! William's wish was wonderful and there has been so much going on since then to do with Make-a-Wish it has been so exciting!!! I will definitely add some photos soon without bombarding the feed :)
