I went to see a couple of gigs on Friday night in Tampere. This is from the first one, where my friends' cover band played in a restaurant where it was nearly impossible to take photos. But I managed this one. I'm not too happy with the shadow in the lower left corner, but it couldn't be helped.
@janmaki Heh, they play stuff like Bon Jovi, Van Halen etc. Lynyrd Skynyrd isn't in the setlist. But this is Euge Valovirta, in case you know (of) him. Suburban Tribe, Godsplague? It's one of his fave guitars, I guess.
@leilaboyd Thanks! Most of my pics from this gig are horribly bad, because the lighting in the restaurant where they were playing was super poor and my lens doesn't really have the "oomph" to survive those conditions too well. But I'm glad I got at least a few decent shots and in this one the light is ok. (All the more reasons for me to start saving up for a super good lens, heheh!)
