Tabebuia silhouette

This tree had lot of vivid yellow flowers and now the seed pods have set. Our concern is whether we'll get a lot of unwanted seedlings coming up. Another type of Tabebuia, a pink colour, set seed and we are still getting rid of seedlings even though the tree is long gone. Living in the bush we don't really want to infest our place with exotic pest species.
A lovely silhouetted shot :)

A lovely silhouette. Pests do tend to be beautiful - a clever way to ensure they survive!

The tree makes for a lovely shapely silhouette. I think this would look great in b&w too.
