or Ice-Cream Bean tree. These flowers develop long pods and when ripe the soft flesh around the seeds is edible. This particular tree probably won't set fruit because its not self fertile but it makes a great fast growing shade tree.
they are pretty, and the fruit is ok - this is a lovely photo :)
