I was fascinated on my lunch by the leaves caught in the snow which has melted and refrozen. This is the best I captured I believe. Sort of the overlap of two seasons. Thank you all for having fun with me yesterday. It was fun to read your comments
I see that someone used the word "grunge", which more succisntly says what I was going to use a lot of words to say. I like the grungy snow; looks like reality (not soft, pretty orchristmas-card-like at all!)
So lovely Joan! Stark reality - winter really is here. Fave! I love the bright orange leaves against the sludgy snow. It makes me feel (or want to feel) that BOTH seasons are actually over and we are into spring. Alas, I know we're not.
