A is for apple....

Hope you like this apple picture I took with my macro lens adapter. I was playing with it the other morning trying to relax before going to a doctors appointment. It worked I got so involved I lost track of time and now the appointment is rescheduled for October. UGH!
Jo
A wonderful shot, I love the lighting and focus. What is the white thing on the apple?

@joeymc I don't know except when I enlarge it it looks like a tiny critter. I was hoping someone would tell me that is why I didn't clone it off.

Beautiful on black. It's a great still-life type of photo, funny about your appointment. I am happy for you that you were so into your art that you lost track of time!!

I'm trying to work out what the critter is. Does it look like this? http://365project.org/888rachel/365/2014-11-22 It might be ladybird larvae. A lovely clear shot!

That picture is totally worth missing your appointment for!! Just elegant! Relieved to know I am not the only one who loses track of time when
looking through the lens!

This apple shot is making my mouth water!
July 14th, 2015
Oh dear! Does that mean that 365 is bad for your health? Lovely shot!
July 14th, 2015
love the colour of the apple against all the greenery
July 14th, 2015
The little critter is a longtail mealybug and you may need to check if you have many of them! There are ways to eradicate these but beat you look it up. Now that all said, great shot of your apple :) Sorry about missing your appointment - but that's what photography does to you!

Great shot - shame about the doctor! It IS a fact now - 365 is Good for relaxation, but Bad for everything else!! LOL!!
July 15th, 2015
The rich dark colours, the water droplets and the black background make this a stunning, eyecatching image. An easy Fav... I would have given you two if you had got rid of the bug though!
