Got a lot done today but not picture taking. I wanted a picture of Two for today but no she wouldn't cooperate. SO I got to thinking that my profile picture needs updating. You know out from behind the camera. My sister took this for me on our trip South. This was on the Skyline Drive.
That is definitely something to be proud of Joan... you've come a long way. So what, photographically, do you aim to be able to do in a year's time that you can't do now? (Sorry viewers, I have my Mentor hat on ). And, how do you aim to get from here to there?
@vignouse One - use my speed light. Two get a better understand of light. I know that sounds vague or over big or something but that is probably because I can't put it in words. Want to play a little at being like @northy because I see in her pictures an understanding of light and dark. But I want to take that outside too. And get better at composition. So what say are you going to hand around and help because you know my flash skills are non existent and I struggle with good pictures in the winter when I can't get out to do my landscape photography. ANd Oh year want more patience doing the birds. Sounds like more than a year to me.
Sounds like (the start of) a plan! I'm not promising (yet) to be on 365 for the whole of next year... but I'm not aiming to change my e-mail address neither.

Great shot Joan and well done on getting to Year 3. I've almost finished Year 2 but am struggling to find time these last few months. I guess I'll keep my account active but just post occasionally....... and p.s lovely to see you looking happy and well!
