Throwback Thursday. Here we were so enjoying the cornfields that went on forever. And then we were trying to find a good restaurant and next thing we knew the Amish were riding and walking up the road. Absolutely amazing and such beautiful horses. I like this one because you cannot see any of the Amish.
I had a bad turn for a while and got dehydrated. My recovery got really screwed up. Think I am finally on the mend. I never do anything the easy way. Each day it feels like I only have so much energy to do so many things so trying to choose the most important and that might mean I don't comment much and don't post. My mentor keeps in touch.
I'm glad you posted this. I find the Amish community fascinating and the fact that such a community can exist and flourish with their ancient ways in 21st C America is amazing. I'm a little puzzled by your comment that you like this 'because you cannot see any of the Amish' - I would have thought than an Amish or three would have added context.
