Looking up Washington Ave

Yesterday's picture was basically on the left (as you look at the picture) and behind. The river is on the right and flows under the road and between the mills where you see the edge there on the left. The retail stores where along here but closer to Main street and then turn left on Main street. I have removed a few wires and a traffic sign that was in the middle of the picture. You can see the bridge over the water. Boy the noise when they let the water fall over the dam was so scary when I was a child. I can hear it in my head now. This is another for my get-pushed challenge to take an urban shot.

@Weezilou I mentioned my fear about this bridge to my sister and she said she too had been afraid of it. Then I knew it wasn't just something my memory was blowing up to bigger than it was.
