Back in my element today. It was 21F when I was driving around, a good enough reason to shot from my car. Tomorrow snow which is supposed to turn to ice which by Wednesday will be rain and when that clears up we get another snow storm on Thursday. So I have appointments three days this week. Want to guess which three.

love the light reflected from the windows of the building, which i suspect is larger than one first supposes. gorgeous ice - the many episodes of thawing/freezing have given rise to some lovely textures and the trees look magnificent in the sunshine.. summming up? beautiful.. stunning on black.
love how you have composed this Joan. We are having extremes of weather here too in South Australia. Yesterday I had a fleece on as it was unusually cold and tomorrow its going to be 41c. Just bought a new air conditioner and tried out the heater yesterday and tomorrow we shall see how it copes with the heat
