A bit of Old School too

Same farm as yesterday, You see the mixed method. It takes 40 gallons of sap for one gallon of syrup. A month from today is Maple Sunday but the sap flows by the weather (freezing nights and warm days} not on the calendar. Today we had snow so no sap but it will be in the high 40's tomorrow.
