This is the only descent or semi-interesting photo that I took yesterday with my new Tamron 600mm lens. I tried to take bird pictures but the birds were no cooperative. When I sat at the window the would not come to the feeders or would hide on the opposite. side of the feeder. I am thinking of setting up in my niece's driveway tomorrow to try to get some shots. Hoping if I am more distant they may cooperate. It is humid today and storms expected so tomorrow feels like the better day.
I like the contrast of this one- just wish that bottom lampshade had a little more space between it and the edge of the photo. The patterns on the shades are really nice and I like how you've positioned them on the black background.
@joansmor great shot. If daylight try to increase speed to 1/800s or more and f:8, then activate stabilizer to chase that birds and get a steady shot. Maybe you will need to switch from single focus AF-S to continuous AF-C then Autofocus will try to follow bird movement. Put your elbow over a surface to arm a monopod ;)
