New L L Bean Winter Jacket

Now that I have to walk outside in the winter, I have found the necessity for warm clothes. I some wonderful gloves and now I have this wind and waterproof jacket from LL Bean. My current jacket is warm enough most days but those days when there is a wind it not always the warmest. I'll give it a tryout tomorrow morning.

I love that company, we bought wonderful heavy coats from LL Bean when we took our Alaska cruise. We only needed the coats when we were in the Yukon though.

@vignouse It is rated to keep you warm with 10F doing light activity like walking. If it gets to 10F when we are supposed to walk I wont be walking. My limit is 25F LOL

@olivetreeann With my new job, I am earning more money so I felt like splurging in a nice warm jacket for walking outside this winter. I expect it will last the rest of my life if nothing happens to it. That is how I could justify the expense to myself and the fact it was on sale didn't hurt either.
