I'm sorry to hear you've had another bout of discomfort and I hope it clears up soon. I can imagine how painful they must be. This flower appears to have been dipped in paint- an interesting subject!
As for the monthly challenges- for most of my first two years there was a small group of that did them together. By the end of that second year I needed a break! Now I do them sometimes and other times not- most of the time just to think creatively in a different way. The half and half challenge was started by a long-time follower of mine and she always does my Flash of Red Feb. so taking part in the half and half challenge is my way of thanking her.
@olivetreeann I think it is fun to watch some of the but by the end of the month I am ready to move on/ Did you see Richard is back after a months break
