This week @taffy challenged me to create a collage, as there aren't any in my project. I've found this really difficult and have binned my first few attempts. This pear was my afternoon snack - and jolly juicy it was, too.
@taffy Thanks for this challenge - I've really enjoyed it - lots and lots of failed attempts and this is the best so far. I've also been experimenting with a 'slider' in the style of David Hockney - finding it difficult but hope to create one before the week is out.
Were you thinking the whole time you were eating it I mustn't eat too much off the bottom otherwise it won't stand up!! Clever idea very well executed.
Awesome!!! It's such a clever and artistic take on the idea. It tells a story as well. And each shot is wonderful -- elegantly simple -- it its own right, while together a whole new image is created. I really like this a lot!
Very nicely done and it tells the story perfectly. This would look nice framed on your kitchen wall. You always rise to your challenges so brilliantly.
not much of a food-y when it comes to photography, nor one for collages - but i think this is perfect! i always think that collages need to tell a story - not just be a random set of shots where you couldn't choose which one you liked best... but i really like the simplicity of this concept... and the progression...
