Tessie, a standard poodle, died earlier this year. She was only six. Her humans have this little replica of her made from Tessie's wool coat after one of her trims.

I'm looking forward to 2016 and hoping to get back into the swing of 365.

Great to see you posting Joy - a very Happy Christmas to you and yours. When we lived in the UK, one of our cats was a Norwegian Forest with very long fur. Mrs S had her combings spun into wool and knitted herself a waistcoat from them which she still has. Unfortunately the cat was killed on the road not long before we moved to France.
