Vegan

I’ve been vegan for almost 2yrs now and I’ve noticed all my aches and pains,like backache,shoulder, knee pain & headaches are gone, I personally believe that eating healthy plus exercise are the best alternative medicine.

Being a vegan helps with any type of inflammatory problems in the body. I was a vegan for about 4 years but had to recently add back chicken/turkey for other reasons. Eating "clean" is the best if you have chronic problems. Good for you, Joey. Great photo of a clean meal :)

Good for you! I wish I could be at least vegetarian but I can’t seem to find alternate forms of protein that I like enough to eat...

That looks delicious! Think I'll make that tomorrow. Also I agree with your comment Joey. I notice when I cut way back on sugars, my joints feel a lot better, I'm still a carnivore but cutting out other bad stuff is making me feel better.

Becoming vegan was the hardest, yet most satisfying thing I have ever done for myself...I'm also at about the 2 year mark. Looks delicious!

I always miss protein...get so shaky when I don't eat it! how do you do it?

@jackies365 I was shaky for about 6 months, had a hard time adjusting my appetite but after a while you get use to it-I substitute my protein with beans,nuts and tofu.I miss hamburger but i’ve to discipline myself or else I’ll end up spending time in dr clinic- ha!😍give it a try, you might like it- it’s healthy & delicious.🍔

I have been vegetarian for 25 years. If it has legs, I don't eat it. I like animals too much, thus I call it the Kind Diet.
