I’ve been vegan for almost 2yrs now and I’ve noticed all my aches and pains,like backache,shoulder, knee pain & headaches are gone, I personally believe that eating healthy plus exercise are the best alternative medicine.

Being a vegan helps with any type of inflammatory problems in the body. I was a vegan for about 4 years but had to recently add back chicken/turkey for other reasons. Eating "clean" is the best if you have chronic problems. Good for you, Joey. Great photo of a clean meal :)
That looks delicious! Think I'll make that tomorrow. Also I agree with your comment Joey. I notice when I cut way back on sugars, my joints feel a lot better, I'm still a carnivore but cutting out other bad stuff is making me feel better.
@jackies365 I was shaky for about 6 months, had a hard time adjusting my appetite but after a while you get use to it-I substitute my protein with beans,nuts and tofu.I miss hamburger but i’ve to discipline myself or else I’ll end up spending time in dr clinic- ha!😍give it a try, you might like it- it’s healthy & delicious.🍔
