It’s the dial on a set of scales for weighing grocery type stuff. The long almost vertical line bar moves to the left as the weight gets heavier. The price per kilo is on the bar. On the left side of the bar is a red line. This is attached to the bar. If something costs 2.00 per kg. You find that on the bar and then the total price is where the red line intersects on the main dial. ???
It still works accurately. The pricing is a bit cheap though.
