My second dawn shot from the bottom of the cliff that you can see in my photo from the 27th. This is from 7am which meant a 5am rise to get there and not have to rush down the cliff face. There are steps but its definitely a case of one wrong move and you'll regret it (for a few seconds before you smash into the rocks below) kind of place. I did come away a little disappointed as the sunrise was somewhat disappointing but after about 5 seconds in Camera Raw, I knew I had my best ever shot. I wouldn't change a thing about it and I think this will be my first ever 365 that I want to print and frame. Well worth the early start! (It really does look better large on black if you have the time).
wow....simply WOW!... Another fav for me.... but I'm surprised this is the first shot of yours you'd consider printing and hanging. I'd love to be in a room full of all your 365 shots I've faved hanging on the walls (and you know I've fav'd a lot!)
@jsw0109 I'm a bit of a stickler for technical quality as well Jeff and I think I nailed this one technically so it should print well. Thanks for the fav as well :-)
@jsw0109 Em, flawed is a bit strong Jeff but after years of working with professional photographers photos, i'm very very critical of quality when it comes to printing and I would like this printed large. Little flaws would annoy me every time I walked past otherwise. (PS, don't feel the need to unfav the others :-) )
@jonesp I would never unfav them, especially since I don't see anything wrong with them. I fav'd them for a reason. In fact, the biggest % of my favs were shot by you
now this IS something special ;-) absolute stonker of a fav Paul, well done indeed. I'm not a morning person but Im gonna have to start becoming one to match your shots.
