Lying at the foot of the South Downs, within the protection of the National Park, is the beautiful and historic village of Ditchling home to artists, writers, artisans and winemakers. After a bracing walk at Ditchling Beacon, the highest point of the South Downs, we had delicious tea and cake at The Green Welly cafe on this beautiful sunny day.
