Very pretty and looks great on black. Ha ha, I am so slow; I was trying to figure out what you meant by B on B.... the penny dropped eventually. I am curious to know which lensbaby did you use?

Wonderful.

Beautiful feel of movement in the swirl here. You've got me wanting to dig my lensbaby out again, so many things to do, so little time! Is it a pink calla lily?

@kali66 It is great to do some re-organizing of photo stuff and then realize that I could try some different combinations.

@stephanies Thank you very much, the b on b isn't my idea but it is the lazy girls way out. I have a sweet 35. It seems that Lensbaby is having a nice sale right now too.

@susale Thank you very kindly. I recently bought a macro for the lensbaby but I think I should have saved my money and just used the extension tubes, must easier to work with.

@la_photographic Thank you so very much for the fav. I just reorganized my photo stuff and tried using the extension tubes.

@gardencat Thank you so much. I took this in the early morning sun and my new purple calla lily in my backyard. I won't be planting this outside since this isn't the best environment for this flower.

Great view point - you're making me think I shall get out tomorrow and photograph, so thank you for the inspiration.

This is soft and gorgeous!!!

@maskerade I forgot, Welcome back. Shot when it inspiration speaks. For me, the warmer weather has helped too.

@gardenfolk Thank you kindly for the fav. Early morning sun and coffee, I took in the caffeine and then ventured outside, plant in hand. I can't plant this one outside since we still are getting cold mornings, (below 30f) so I think that she will stay an indoor plant.

Its good to play! Is that what a lens baby is for? I haven't a clue... although, placing my built-in colour filter before my retina (it's easier than reducing the sensitivity of the cones) I can see there are further playing opportunities in black and white!! :-)

@yrhenwr It has taken me many many years to realize that to play is to learn, just as a young child does while exploring his world. I seem to learn more-okay it sinks in more-if I don't force myself to 'get it', thus playing. As for the purpose of a lens baby, not sure. I enjoy the challenge of manual focus again which is similar to view cameras. I must wear my reading glasses when using it but then again I seem to need them more and more every day anyway. :):)

Superb closeup! Amazing purplish color and like how you captured the green leaves as well.

Beautifully soft! @joysabin I feel your pain about your reading glasses, i swear as soon as I started using them my eye sight got worse quickly, my brother says it is because I spend too much time at my computer. He might have a point!

Love the softness!

@ukandie1 As long as he didn't say, too much time with or using your camera, those would be 'fighting' words.

@cjphoto Thank you you much. The early morning sun is a wonderful time. The light is so direct and unfiltered by the days dust and what not.

@overalvandaan Thank you kindly, truly appreciate the fav. The lensbaby is a fun toy.

@cscarr97 Very grateful for the sun and the extension tubes. I have a new level of playing to go to now.
