The (still used) train station in Flagstaff. This is a mid-step in a tiny world transformation. I thought that it might fit for the Abstract August theme.
@stephanies In the Little World process you start with a panorama, then square it up (by making the width equal to the height) and this is the squared bit. It looks like it has a disease or something, doesn't it? You are so very kind, I truly appreciate the fav.
I'm completely enchanted by the colors and the stretch. I thought it was a reflection at first and tried to work it out. Then I decided on alternate-reality, but am a bit concerned that the train might jump the tracks there in the middle.
@francoise If only the trains would jump the track(without any injuries, of course), we might have some quiet in town for bit. There are trains 24/7 here in Flag but then again, they were here first and the real reason Flagstaff even exits so, I'll try to be more appreciative of them.
@overalvandaan You are so very kind, I thank you for the fav. The steps involved with the process can be so very strange. I need to continue to play around with the technique.
That is quite an interesting image. I like how experimental you are. Where does the Little World Process come from? Anyway you conceived it, it's s till a fav.
@ukandie1 Your fav is much appreciated. The Tiny World process really does strange things but so much fun-not that I've mastered it.
@mbrutus To play is to learn so, I keep trying. I follow ( https://365project.org/gavincci/365/2017-08-08) he does this technique so very well. It is also on the start up images for my motorola phone. I am truly grateful for the fav too.
@pickerandagrinner You are so very kind, sometimes I get caught up in manipulations that I get lost, then I remember that even Ansel Adams toned his work, not that I have even a smidgen of his talent.
