The pond is mostly covered over with ice. The resident water fowl are clustered around the aeration areas. It looked like a good walk since there wasn't many people around, then I noticed the mud and I understood why no one else was walking. Riley and I walked a bit and then left.

@onewing Thank you so much. The poor birds didn't look to happy but there was a couple starting to throw some bread out towards them as I was turning to leave.

@golftragic Thank you, there is a great many outdoor things to do but the cold this time of year does make me think twice - not a skier either- its much too embarrassing at my age.
