This may not be everyone's cup of tea but, I have always (40+ years) loved the gorgeous blacks and extreme contrast of Kodalith Ortho film. Unfortunately this is only a digital version.

Lovely edit... Wow... the word kodalith takes me back to my darkroom days... the lab I worked in used pin registered hand cut rubylith masks to create kodaliths that I used to make photo composites on one piece of film. I actually have a posterized print hanging in my home that I created in the darkroom using masks like this.
