One of the many who had made the trek up the hill to view the sunset at Dobbins Lookout in Phoenix. He and his friend were just waiting for the sun to go down. It is a fabulous place to view the Valley of the Sun (aka Phoenix, Arizona). This is looking norther towards Scottsdale.
@marlboromaam@tinley23@amyk@eudora Thank you kindly. This sunset spot is a great place to see the whole valley. South Mountain has views from lots angles. I understand that this building was constructed during the 1930's by the CCC (Civilian Conservation Corp) which was one of the Depression era jobs programs.
Thank you all so much. I really enjoyed my time being there. The Phoenix valley is immense and amazing.
