Jupiter peeks out, by joysabin

Jupiter peeks out,

The little spot but maybe I should really say the itty bitty dot just off center is Jupiter. The clouds were what really attracted me. They were lit up by the almost full moon. I hadn't been in touch with my muse all day. I took the dog for walk, thinking I might get a moon shot but too many clouds.

This hand held, f1.8 @1/25 ISO 6400.
Awesomeness. Love the drama of the clouds with just that one bright light.

Very cool, dark and brooding

This is bold - and crazy to think that tiny spot of light is actually an enormous planet

Thank you so very much. After I shot this, I learned how not to ever land on Jupiter, there is no surface as we would understand and the pressure would squash us like a bug.
