Tired to balance the exposures that I took today. On another dog run to eastern Arizona and got caught in a rather substantial shower. The rain did move on and I pulled off the highway and explored a bit. I had seen this area before but at 80 mph. I am glad that it worked out to stop and snag a few. Rain puddles are a unusual sight for me these days so I felt gifted.
@stephanies I am still not ready for a new rescue - its been two years since Holly left but I get my dog 'fix' this way. I also am checking out the various lovely breeds that I get to help to see if they would be a good fit next time, and there will be a next time.
I can't cope with the empty house @joysabin so many years with dogs being part of it. I miss my 3 babies so much. Coming into the house is the worst, not having a dog there too greet me and not having anyone to love and hug on the sofa and go for walks with and get meals ready for.... I just can't cope with it. When the time is right for you, you will know.
