Sunrise with a graduated ND filter. Not good enough for the Dogwood Challenge this week, but a start using the filters. I needed to get an exposure of 30 seconds or longer, so back out I go. May or may not get this week's challenge done in time.
@deborah63 Thank you so much. There was a boys soccer team from Britain there, they were not so impressed but they were kids and they were focused on their flight home later that day.
@eudora Thank you kindly, the clouds gave the sun an interesting effect. I've not seen that before. After the glow, it went behind thicker clouds and disappeared. I just went back to bed.
@taffy Thank you. I think that I will concentrate on sunsets at the canyon, staying longer is so much better than waking up at 'dead dark early' and then driving 1 1/2 hours.
