PMAE No 216

Painted Desert Vista from Sunset Crater National Monument- infrared panorama.
Also qualifies for the One Week Only Challenge -Today is Nature.
If you have the time, sneak a peek on black.
In a way, it's a picture of nothing, which reinforces the desolation of this area... the final result is very effective.

Very nice panorama.
In such places, I like to stop and let my eyes wander over the vastness of the landscape.

@jerome I agree that to see and 'take-in' vistas is necessary and also a gift, truly grateful for the fav.

@domenicododaro Thank you so very much for the fav. The IR really helps those trees come "alive".

@pdulis Thank you so very kindly for the fav. I am always awed what Northern Arizona has to share.

@gamelee Thank you so very much fhe fav. This area is starkly gorgeous and I love the solitude which can be found.
