The Bolivian army was rehearsing for tomorrow’s celebration of Plurinational Day in front of a government building in Plaza Pedro de Murillo. Just as they were ready to march the heavens opened, and they got soaked. As well as a full military band there were soldiers with fixed bayonets and Ancient Roman-type banners being put through marching drill.
