Altiplano ladies often keep themselves busy at their stalls by doing knitting or crochet. They are not that keen on being photographed. They probably get fed up with it.
Wonderful colourful setting. Wouldn't have bought any of her wares, but might have made an offer on the hat. Perhaps you can buy one and show us a selfie with it?
