@cejaanderson@tristansmum This was one of four that I'd picked up while raking leaves for my parents, perhaps 3 days before I shot this. I put them on the bureau in the bedroom, intent on shooting them, but found other subjects for those 3 days.
I decided that as they were really drying out, changing colors & textures, I ought to shoot them before they were unusable.
This was the best of four.
I am glad I waited; I think it added to its varied appearance.
