Violators Will Be Prosecuted!

photo 91
Sorry sir, I didn't see a No Trespassing sign. All I'm doing is taking a picture for my 365 project.

You, sir, are a rebel. Great shot, though. I like it:)!

Those "No Tresspassing" signs really are a nucense. That's why I usually ignore them. ;-P

@amandalomonaco thanks :)

@cromwell the No Trespassing sign was directly in front of where I parked my car. :)

@paulaag thank you Paula!

Very nice Jeff. As usual, love the processing. Really like what the HDR does to the brick. Did you see Gark's water tower yesterday? I can't remember seeing a water tower in So Cal.

Great processing.

Why am I thinking of UFOs? (They're trespassing all the time! ;D ) Cool processing!

Do it all the time. We do what we need to do!!

@beckys thanks! I agree :)

@copperheadglass thank you Meredith!

@swguevin I want to trespass even further onto their property, because I just know there's an even better photo in there

@jaboney thanks.. Yes I saw his water tower.... this one is actually my 2nd. This one doesn't rise up very high and is in a part of town I'd never been in, so I didn't know this one existed... I like photographing them.

@swilde thanks Sue!
@myautofocuslife is it because of Men In Black? thank you :)
@bdb3471 it was easier to trespass when I was a child, but as an adult, if I have to do it for a photograph I will. Those signs are meant for people that intend to vandalize... if you get caught and they know you just wanted a picture, they never prosecute (in my experience anyway)

Industrial america leaving it's trail - nice shot!!

I like the processing on it! YOu can just say you had your camera up to your face, thus missing the NO T. sign!
posted April 1st, 2012
srsly? what were they afraid you would do? nice shot, btw!

Wonderful water tower Jeff. I think water towers are very cool and will go out of my way to photograph them.

@jaboney Mike. Drive west on 210. There's one just south of the freeway in San Dimas.
There's another one in Placentia just east of the 57 and Cal State Fullerton. And another one outside the Grove Theater in Anaheim near Angel Stadium, although I believe that one is a fake tower and not an actual working one.

@tobi thank you

@debsphotos well, some guy just asked me what I was doing, I told him, he told me it was "not safe" for me to be there (whatever) and that there's a N.T. sign clearly posted... then informed me "you know you can be prosticuted don't ya?" Prosticuted? LOL

@scooter thank you scooter!

@espyetta thanks

@northy I think they just want to keep vandals out.... I don't think they want people climbing the tower and spraying graffiti on it

@webfoot thanks!

Nice shot. I've sure seen plenty of those signs in my photo trips.

Nice composition! In the Uk, I believe you can only be 'prosticuted' if you damage anything, might not be the case where you are though?

Sounds like a line I've used a couple times! :o) I love water towers! Great capture!

@carolpre thanks!

@jenirainbow I'm not real sure... I think its at their discretion if they call the cops or not, but how are they going to detain you until the police arrive?

@orangecrush thanks Jerry!

@gark thank you Gark... it was actually too clean in person, so I dirtied it up in post proc
