@sanfil thank you! I thought it looked pretty cool, but it was a bit of a challenge to get it exposed well enough without ending up with a picture that didn't look as foggy as it truly was.
Great capture - sometimes over dark or misty skies are really hard to get right as they appear too dark or not clear enough - but this gives a great impression of a foggy morning - well done!
I appreciate all of your views and comments. Personally, I'm not thrilled with the photo at all. Besides converting it to b&w, I did turn the clarity down a tad and turned the fill light switch up a tad so the trees wouldn't be so black. Tomorrow is going to be a huge challenge, because low light means if I'm going to do anything outdoors, there are only certain times in which we get low light... otherwise it will have to be indoors.. so being tomorrow is Friday, I'm probably going to have to set up an indoor shot and have no idea what to do.
If it makes you feel any better, I think we all have photos we aren't particularly happy with. We know what an awesome photographer you are... tomorrow is another day!

@orangecrush no texture added... the texture you see is due to the screen in the window. The window I shot from in the other fog photo has no screen in the window.
the fog was crazy yesterday! i tried to get a few photos, but didn't care for any of them. actually, i don't care for any of the photos i have taken lately:/
it's pretty cool! has a great creepy feel to it - i think the b&w really helps create that effect... i haven't even begun to think of what to do for a low light shot...
