Diego’s illness has somehow transformed once again, this time into an ear infection and conjunctivitis! Apparently all the drainage of his sinuses led to a new infection and fever, so he was home early Thursday and will be inside all weekend to recuperate so we can try again next week to have a normal week at school. It’s been rough, but you’d never guess looking at this picture of the happy little dude in his crib after a nap. If you’re going to have a sick kid, at least have one with a near-unflappably good attitude!
