Prunus Serrula

Another of the beautiful tree specimens at Anglesey Abbey, this time Prunus serrula, called birch bark cherry, paperbark cherry, or Tibetan cherry. You just can't walk past without stroking the shiny bark.
This is the same as the tree at Castle Ashby which I just have to take a photo of every time I visit. So beautiful!
