bw_fn_4 The Big Picture - The Beach Hut Kiosk

First of all my thanks to everyone who commented and faved my B & W Beach Huts and got them onto the PP - I am thrilled to bits!

It is the hottest day of the year today and a walk on the beach was a good way to cool down at the end of the day. The kiosk had been so busy they had run out of soft serve ice cream - never mind, good for the diet!

This looks like a toy town building, like a precise square shape with all it's details added to decorate it. I think it's the b/w that gives it this look. I really like it. Could have ate an ice cream today!

Wow, this looks so different with a B&W treatment. We're so used to seeing bright colours in this sort of shot. I really like this different processing of a familiar scene.

Great choice for the b&w challenge. Without the color stealing our attention, we're now paying more attention to the structure itself. Hope your temps have given you a break since this hot day.
